About Us
Life’s dots aligned unexpectedly to birth My Red Diary.
My late Nani, Mrs. Saroj Chouraria, poured her journaling passion into hundreds of diaries she shared with me—
one marked cycle dates and remedies, steadying me through early periods. That treasured volume, easing discomfort and doubt, inspired me to extend its gift to girls everywhere, breaking menstrual taboos.
Tailored for ages 10-15, the journal invites confident cycle logging, honest emotional expression, remedy notes, and growth reflection. It champions a key social mission: sparking candid discussions on menstruation across households, classrooms, and society, cultivating understanding, normalisation, and progress.
Sincere thanks to mentor Mr. Prabodh Mishra.
Forward in unity.
